Africa- July 2007

Ken and I were so humbled that we had the chance to go to Zambia, Africa last summer. The first part of our adventure was an excursion trip that we were able to add on. We traveled to Victoria Falls and were able to experience some amazing things, i.e, going on a safari, riding elephants, and seeing the breathtaking natural wonder, Victoria Falls. The second part of the trip was a mission trip that focused bringing the hope of Christ and simply loving on AIDS orphans and vulnerable children in Zambia. Many of you made it possible for us to go, and for that, we are forever grateful. It was an experience that we will never forget and look forward to returning with Family Legacy in the future. Ken and his boys.

Jenn's boys coloring. They LOVED coloring...many of them had never colored before and would have been content coloring all day.

Baby Nandi flirting with Ken.

Ken chose to do a "gorge swing" near Victoria Falls. It was about a 300 ft. gorge and they said it was more of a "free fall" than bungee jumping- CRAZY!!! I could barely watch. Also, most people go backwards, which is not as scary...however, you see how Ken jumped!
